Job Description:

Senior Executive, Business Development (Indochina)

  • Laos & Cambodia sales performance monitoring and preparation of weekly & monthly sales and inventory reports.
  • Preparation of Management Approval of monthly trading term, incentive scheme, sales campaign.
  • Assist to facilitate model, colour and unit of stock for importation on monthly basis.
  • Assist to follow up with locals and GSCM on documentation process eg COO, fleet duty free, form D etc
  • Preparing for local events ordering, delivery payment, synchronization of parts, vehicle stock arrival date & installation with approved vendor.
  • Analysis of monthly booking and FI trend, source of booking and customer profile.
  • Assist in market data analysis and competitors information.
  • Work closely with local Laos & Cambodia team, Marketing Management team to align/synchronize all sales strategies with their marketing plan and initiatives.
  • Manage, coordinate and compile all Sales & Marketing projects/strategies meetings materials.
  • Assist to coordinate & prepare for monthly reporting including monthly Flash report, Monthly Stock Reports, Monthly Sales report etc.

Requirement:

  • Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Numbers-driven and proactive approach to account management
  • Able to form collaborative partnerships with both merchants and other prospective partners, whether in supply or demand
  • Can-do attitude, result-driven, and self-motivated
  • Willing to learn and improve
  • A degree in any business discipline is preferred but not required
  • 3 to 5 years experience in business development or sales role is preferred
