Executive, Customer Relations & Admin
Responsibility:
Oversee and manage areas in relation to:
1 – Plan, and allocate temporary/courtesy units for customers based on requests in CRM (Renault & GoCar Subscriptions). Including prepared the E-form.
2 – To check the vehicle condition (cleanness, condition and fuel level,interior and exterior) and recorded by photo taken.
3 – To check the return vehicle condition and do cross check with dellvery condition. Inform to PDI if found defect on return unit.
4 – Plan and communicate with VDC in order to arrange for temporary/courtesy units to be delivered to Petaling Jaya Showroom to meet customer requests according to the specific category of customer subscription.
5 – Communicate with DEC in order to arrange appointments for customers to collect temporary/courtesy units and follow up on those who have not collected allocated units.
6 – Handle staff subscriptions for Renault & GoCar to ensure payment is made and communicate further with Finance Department & VDC so that allocation may be done.
7 – Managing customer complaints.
8 – Any others task provided by superior.
