Job Description
- Prepare overall arrangement for training and its requirements such as notification of training program confirmation, venue booking/setup, HRDC documentation (grant application/claim submission), etc.
- Assist to establish and monitor annual training calendar, training participation and attendance.
- Ensure the compliances of training policies and standard operating procedures are observed all the time and also the accuracy of all training database records.
- Prepare monthly report on training programs and assist in preparation of Talent Development proposal for management’s approval, if necessary.
Job requirements
- Undergraduates of Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Social Science or equivalent
- High learning agility to cope with the fast pace of change environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and custome rservice skills wit all levels of associates
