Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in the pre-screening of resumes according to job description in job portals
- To do phone screening of pre-screened candidates
- To observe the interview sessions and to learn interviewing skills
- To conduct reference checks
- To assist preparing offer letter, medical and bank letter
- To participate in career fairs and talks as well as be involved in other employer branding activities, if any
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Willing to work 5 days – Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6:15 pm)
