As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of compensation & benefits management, and contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you will work closely with the rewards team to understand and analyse employee data, research industry trends, and help design and execute rewards and recognition initiatives that align with the company’s goals and core values.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs .
- Analyse data to gain insights on employee preferences and medical utilisation claims
- Maintain a rewards calendar to ensure timely execution of rewards activities
- Assist and support in coordinating and planning employee events and activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of rewards activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma, or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Good analytical skills and able to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High level of interpersonal skills to work with others
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
