Responsibility:
- Contact existing and new customers to remind about motor insurance renewal and upsell products.
- Perform sales conversation based on the script that describes motor and non-motor insurance products or services (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales campaign.
- Prepare quotation, explain benefits, and persuade potential customers to purchase insurance renewal and/or new market business.
- Follow up potential customers through telephone, email, SMS and WhatsApp and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain or verify customer information accurately such as name, contact number, address, email address, and payment method.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information/feedback for quality control.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet month-by-month sales targets and facilitate future sales.
