On 7 March 2025, Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad (“TCMH”) made a cash contribution to the non-profit organisation, Selangor and Federal Territory Association for the Mentally Handicapped (“SAMH”). The donation was made to support the educational needs of children and adults with mental challenges, particularly those from B40 and single-parent families facing financial constraints.
The fund will directly aid SAMH in providing essential services, including school fees, speech therapy and extracurricular activities such as swimming classes and more.
This contribution builds upon TCMH’s established partnership with SAMH, having previously served as a supporting partner for SAMH’s Food and Funfair 2023 held at Methodist College in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. This sustained support underscores TMHC’s dedication to improving the lives of the communities it serves.
